How the Pop Star Party works

The recording studio comes first and lasts up to an hour. Choose any 3 songs and we provide the backing tracks, with the lyrics on a screen for the children to read.

The studio takes up to 10 children at a time, so a party of 30 records in three groups of 10, and every group sings all 3 songs. The songs are mixed and uploaded to our YouTube channel, with the groups merged so it sounds like everyone sang together.

The disco runs throughout the 2 hours, with a DJ, disco lights and the 150-inch HD screen for music and dance-along videos. Games include musical statues, best dancer, musical bumps, four corners, red light green light, musical chairs and pass the parcel.

At least 2 weeks before, email us the 3 songs, the birthday child’s name and a good photo of their face for the digital screens. Bring a few small prizes or bags of sweets for the game winners.

Four large tables and 40 chairs are set out for your own food. There’s no kitchen, so some families order from nearby takeaways such as McDonald’s and Domino’s.

How the Singing Party works

A smaller alternative to the Pop Star Party, for up to 10 children. The group records 10 songs of their choice in the studio, with backing tracks provided and the lyrics on a screen.

A few days later the songs are mixed and uploaded to our YouTube channel for you to listen to.

At least 2 weeks before, email us the 10 songs, the birthday child’s name and a photo of them.

Want somewhere for food and cake afterwards? Add an hour in the hall for £26, with tables and chairs, a Bluetooth sound system and disco lights that move in time with your music. Email us first so we can check the hall is free before you book.

What do we need to send before the party?

At least 2 weeks before, email us the songs you want to record (for pop star and singing parties), the birthday child’s name, and a good photo of their face for the digital screens.

When can we arrive and set up?

You can get into the room 15 minutes before your party starts to set up, and you have 15 minutes after it finishes to clear up and leave.

Can we bring food?

Yes. Four large tables and 40 chairs are set out for your own food. There are no kitchen facilities, and some families order from nearby takeaways.

Where can we eat after a singing party?

Add an hour in the hall for £26 straight after, with tables and chairs, a Bluetooth sound system and disco lights. Email us first so we can check the hall is free before you book.

Is there parking and Wi-Fi?

Yes. There’s free parking at the rear of the building, free guest Wi-Fi inside, and the party rooms are all on the ground floor.

What should we bring?

We suggest some small prizes or bags of sweets so the DJ has something to give the winners of the party games.

When will we hear the songs?

The songs are mixed and uploaded to our YouTube channel a few days after the party. At a pop star party, each group’s recordings are merged so it sounds like everyone sang together.

Can we change the date?

Yes, through your online account, where all party bookings are managed. You need to give at least 28 days’ notice. With less than that, no credit or refund can be given.
